Logistics Coordinator - Inside IR35

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join one of our customers growing IT Team. You'll play a key role in stock management, scanning IT Hardware products and the receiving and delivering of products.

This role sits at the intersection of logistics, inventory management, and IT device operations - ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment where accuracy and coordination make all the difference.

Logistics Coordinator's Responsibilities:

  • Receive, scan, and log incoming hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals).
  • Unbox, inspect, and record new products into asset management systems.
  • Manage asset tagging and inventory control to ensure accurate device tracking.
  • Support JLM (Joiners, Leavers, Movers) processes by preparing, shipping, and recovering devices.
  • Handle daily requests related to hardware allocation, returns, and configuration.
  • Coordinate hardware shipments - packaging and posting devices to end users or offices.
  • Collaborate with IT to support MDM/Intune enrolment and device setup.
  • Maintain and update asset and order management records in line with company policies.

Logistics Coordinator Skills/expectations:

  • Experience in logistics operations, asset management, or device management roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune/MDM platforms (desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage inventory systems and order workflows.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A team player who's comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, HR, and facilities teams.
