Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Hutto, TX to hire a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator. This position plays a key role in coordinating shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to meet production and delivery schedules
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (pick tickets, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
• Schedule LTL, full truckload shipments, and local deliveries
• Obtain freight quotes and communicate with carriers to ensure cost-effective, timely service
• Track shipments and provide updates as needed
• Receive and verify incoming inventory and process returns
• Maintain accurate records and support workflow efficiency
• Assist warehouse team as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Forklift experience but not required
