Location: Houston, TX (Onsite – work in office daily)
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator with experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or carrier operations. This position supports daily logistics activities for domestic and international shipments and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily shipments (FTL, LTL, air, and ocean)

• Source and negotiate with carriers to secure competitive rates

• Track, trace, and communicate shipment status updates

• Resolve logistics issues quickly and professionally

• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, warehouses, and shippers

• Authorize charges, instruct carriers/warehouses on changes or expedites

• Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics, freight, or transportation experience (3PL or carrier background )

• Proficient with TMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Able to work onsite daily and manage multiple priorities

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
