Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Work Location: Duluth, GA 30096
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management:
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and Proof of Delivery (PODs).
- Ensure logistics documentation complies with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for logistics records.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and customers regarding logistics documentation and service updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery updates.
- Support issue resolution by escalating and following up on documentation errors, delivery exceptions, and claims.
Invoicing & Financial Support:
- Generate, verify, and process logistics-related invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Communicate billing details clearly with customers and internal finance teams.
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies, payment issues, and claim support documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field .
- 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or customer service (warehouse experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with ERP/WMS systems .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Korean is .
