As a Logistics Coordinator , you’ll work alongside a Sales Account Executive and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to manage customer accounts and keep freight moving. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the logistics business while building valuable communication, problem-solving, and business skills.

What You'll Do

- Support Daily Operations: Assist the Sales Account Executive with the day-to-day management of customer accounts and shipments.
- Learn the Logistics Process: Gain hands-on experience coordinating freight from pickup to delivery and learn how shippers, carriers, and brokers work together.
- Communicate with Customers & Carriers: Assist with emails, calls, updates, and follow-up to help ensure shipments stay on track.
- Problem Solve: Help troubleshoot shipment issues and identify solutions when things don’t go as planned.
- Assist with Rates & Quotes: Learn how freight is priced and assist with gathering and comparing rates from carriers.
- Stay Organized: Help maintain accurate shipment information, update systems, and keep account details organized.
- Learn the Business: Gain exposure to freight brokerage, sales, customer relationships, transportation operations, and account management.
