Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher) – Entry Level
Dayton, NJ
$17 – $19 per hour (based on experience)

We are hiring two Entry-Level Dispatchers to support route coordination and daily logistics operations. No previous dispatch experience is required — training is provided.

SPANISH SPEAKING IS A MUST

Available Shifts

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Morning Shift)

• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and assign drivers for pickups and deliveries

• Monitor routes and update schedules in real time

• Maintain communication with drivers and customers

• Enter order and delivery updates into dispatching software

• Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and general logistics support

Qualifications

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Basic computer/data entry ability

• Reliable, punctual, and organized

• Willingness to learn dispatch and logistics operations

• Experience in trucking/logistics is a plus, but not required
