Logistics Coordinator

Work Schedule: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will work Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (weekends, overtime, and evenings as needed).

Pay: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be paid $19.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Generate reports on trends, proposed product quality improvements, vendor performance, parts replacement, installation progress, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate installation staging and picking, utilizing installation schedules to ensure that the pick is completed in an efficient manner before materials are needed and allocating materials to the proper job.
• Oversee refrigerant recovery process, coordinating refrigerant recovery returns and processing.

• Communicate with vendors and staff to streamline operations and ensure timely shipments and installations.
• Conduct an annual warehouse inventory audit and keep inventory records for installation-related stock up to date year round.
• Price and purchase commodities for installation materials.

You could be a great fit as a Logistics Coordinator with Bovio Rubino Service if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field
• Forklift certification
• DOT certification
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
• Familiarity with warranty processes and customer service procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of water heaters and installation requirements is a plus
