Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for co-managing a complex schedule of jobs, coordinating with teams in the field, and ensuring strong communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Pay will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules for multiple locations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor scheduling and troubleshoot conflicts or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and client interactions.
• Identify and implement ways to enhance logistical processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, scheduling, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in logistics/scheduling is a plus.
