Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Glenview, IL area
Job Type and Duration: Contract- Hire
Pay range: 20-22/HR

Summary of Position:
Plan and execute all domestic Equipment Division shipments, including consumables orders and project material movement and ensure it meets its on-time delivery metric. Assist in the packing and bracing of fragile and valuable machinery parts. Ensure compliance with the company's export control policy for international shipments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and shipment documentation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure all domestic orders are scheduled to achieve on-time delivery KPI and prevent any order from being overlooked or be delivered late.
• Schedule domestic transit for project materials between vendors.
• Engage with outside parties (Sales Team, carriers, freight forwarders, customers etc.) to ensure documentary requirements are met for every shipment.
• Maintain ClickUp logistics tasks to provide updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare shipping documentation in advance of product shipment
• Notify Accounting of shipments to ensure timely invoicing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by executing the company's export control policy on international shipments.
• Fulfill other logistics and administrative tasks as requested.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and shop area using 5S Methodology.
• Review documentation for consumables, service warranty and finished goods orders.
• Tasks as assigned by lead and/or managers.

Requirements
• Two years in a logistics-related field, including domestic and international freight. Demonstrated effectiveness in planning. 2 of 2
• Familiarity using UPS, FedEx.
• Computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and ClickUp.
• Familiarity with commonly used hand tools.
