Micross AIT, in Raleigh, North Carolina, offers advanced packaging and 3D integration solutions that enable higher-performance systems with decreased size, weight, and power (SWaP). Micross Raleigh houses an ITAR-registered microfabrication facility that allows us to provide development, custom (flexible) prototyping and production services for our customers. We provide a comprehensive array of advanced interconnect technologies for realizing your next- electronic systems.
The Logistics Associate will be responsible for shipping and receiving materials, as well as customer products to support a growing business which serves the Aerospace & Defense, high reliability and commercial markets. This position is critical to enable day-to-day operations, as well as support revenue for AIT by shippin gout completed product and maintaining critical materials and inventory accounts for productions. Furthermore, this position is critical to maintain ITAR and export control compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving: Sort incoming packages and prepare packages for shipping. Collaborates and communicates shipping and receiving logistics with staff as needed.
- Maintain incoming package export and control log.
- Coordinate customer lot starts inside the cleanroom, as well as shipment of customer lots.
- Maintain inventory accounts, as well as production material inventories and the associates material CoCs.
- Work with production staff to keep materials stocked inside cleanroom to minimize process down time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree
- Previous experience working in a multi-tasking environment
- Microsoft Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Phone system skills and interpersonal skills to enable professional interaction with customers, vendors and tenants
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to handle diverse set of duties
- Must be able to sit, stand and work at the computer, pack boxes and be able to life up to 50 pounds
