We’re recruiting for a growing technology/manufacturing business looking for a hands-on Logistics & Warehousing Coordinator to join their team in Reading.

This role combines logistics, shipping, inventory and warehouse operations.
The Role\n
- \n
- Goods-in, picking and packing
- Liaise with couriers and logistics providers
- Support import/export documentation
- Manage stock and inventory records
- Coordinate customer shipments
- Process returns and repairs
- Support warehouse and production operations
- Maintain a safe, organised warehouse
- Identify and support process improvements

About You\n
- \n
- Experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and IT systems
- Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Experience with ERP/inventory systems is desirable
