Logistics and Delivery Coordinator

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based near Norwich that has an urgent requirement for a Logistics and Delivery Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive operations team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of deliveries across the region.



Key Responsibilities:



Schedule and coordinate regional product deliveries in line with customer requirements

Liaise with internal teams and third-party delivery partners to ensure on-time fulfilment

Track shipments and maintain accurate records of delivery documentation

Manage logistics-related purchase orders and certifications

Organise travel for technicians via approved travel management partners

Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve any delays

Generate reports on delivery performance and contribute to process improvementsIdeal Candidate:



Proven experience in logistics, transportation or delivery coordination

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator and team collaborator

Comfortable using logistics and tracking software (plus MS Office)

Calm under pressure and solution-focusedThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to make an immediate impact and further their logistics career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.  This is a full time, temporary position initially with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.  An immediate start is offered and once training has commenced, hybrid working is also offered.  Due to the location of the company, access to our own car for work is essential and car parking is free on site.
