Rang Healthcare is seeking a local contract Clinic Physicist Assistant for a local contract job in Nellis AFB, Nevada.

Physician Assistant- Pain Management
Nellis AFB, NV
13 weeks

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a clinical psychologist post completion of an APA accredited Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program
• Shall have and maintain a current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant  in any one of the 50 states

• BLS and ACLS

   

• Board Certification: 
  HCW must hold current certification from the Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Maintenance of required certification is mandatory – OR
  Must hold a Nurse Practitioner certification from either the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). 

• Experience: Shall have a minimum of 24 months of experience working as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner within the last 36 months. Previous experience in pain management or related fields is required, including knowledge of interventional pain management techniques, pharmacotherapy for chronic pain, and multimodal pain management strategies. Strongly working knowledge of the military healthcare system, including TRICARE health benefits and familiarity with the unique needs of military families.
