Maintenance Required Skills:

1. Experience handling plumbing
2. Electrical skills
3. Snow removal
4. Basic carpentry duties
5. Must be detailed and organized
6. Great customer service skills
7. Self-Motivated
8. Two years related experience

Must be able to handle on-call emergency maintenance (generally every four weeks)
