Direct Counsel has partnered with a leading California law firm to recruit a California-admitted litigator for its Construction and Facilities Group (CFG). This is a distinctive opportunity for an attorney with a strong litigation background who values a collaborative and supportive firm culture, and who seeks to take a central role in managing complex construction-related matters.

The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with experience at large law firms who are seeking expanded opportunities for case management, first- or second-chair litigation, and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Active California State Bar license in good standing

  • Excellent academic credentials (T-14 law school or near top of class)

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation

  • Experience with or strong interest in construction-related disputes

  • Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and advocacy

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and client-focused

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
