Location: Tampa, FL

Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Salary Range: $135,000 $150,000 base + bonus

Minimum Experience: 24 years

About the Opportunity

Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with 24 years of civil litigation experience to join their Tampa office. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in community association litigation and a desire to grow within a nationally recognized legal platform. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering competitive compensation and a defined growth track for associates with strong academic credentials and civil defense backgrounds. Florida Bar admission is required.

What Youll Do

Independently manage litigation matters including collections, violations, and lawsuits on behalf of community associations

Draft, review, and interpret contracts and corporate governance documents

Advise community association boards and property managers on legal matters

Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings

Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity

Maintain effective and strategic client communication

What You Bring

24 years of civil litigation experience (required)

Prior experience in community association law

Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills

Ability to manage cases independently with some supervision

Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

A stable background with reputable law firms or similar organizations
