We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Links at Manhattan Apartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of , as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Responding to resident maintenance requests

• Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, and other community amenities

• Conducting property inspections

• Moving furniture when needed

• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction

• Past property maintenance experience

******* A plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!
