About the Role:
The Line Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our production lines. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating with various teams to minimize downtime, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. The supervisor will lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development. Additionally, the role involves analyzing maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ultimately contributing to the overall productivity of the facility. By fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, the Line Maintenance Supervisor will help maintain our commitment to high-quality production standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification.
- Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical role.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on the production line.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with production management to ensure alignment of maintenance activities with production goals.
- Analyze maintenance data and reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
