Commerical HVAC Estimator

We specialize in commercial projects and are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC estimator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to clarify project scope and resolve any discrepancies.
• Review HVAC drawings, blueprints, and specifications to perform material and labor takeoffs
• Quantify ductwork, fittings, piping, and mechanical equipment using digital takeoff software
• Maintain organized and accurate takeoff documentation for each project

​ Perferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator,  fabrication, or field installation (3+ years )
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation methods
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., FastDUCT, Trimble, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of SMACNA standards and ductwork types

• Communicate with customers. In person, via email and phone calls

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience of at least 3 years

Pay based on experience.

located about 10 minutes south of downtown Nashville, we began operations just shy of 6 years ago and have grown rapidly, with many more years of growth to come. We are currently looking to add another person to our team!
