Light Equipment Operator

No experience required, only a good attitude and willingness to learn!

We are seeking a light equipment operator to operate forklifts and other light machinery such as paper cutters, paper padders, and more.

Normal Duties:

- Operate independently to load and unload trucks using a forklift

- Assist other members of the team by delivering and preparing material

- Prepare pallets for shipment

- Cut, pad, collate, and stack finished paper to finalize the production process

- Follow SOPs, meet performance metrics, and interpret job tickets

- Maintain a clean work environment

- Being flexible and comfortable changing tasks

- Work independently and as a close member of a team

- Schedule is first shift, M-F

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to obtain a forklift certification

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
