Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, property managers, and business owners.
- Identify and close sales opportunities for light commercial HVAC projects (under 25 tons).
- Represent Westerly Air's service and installation solutions with professionalism and confidence.
- Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and prepare proposals.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients find cost-effective and reliable HVAC solutions.

Qualifications
- Proven B2B or HVAC sales experience (light commercial sales ).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and commercial applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
