You’ll work on construction sites throughout the year, moving between locations as projects progress.\n\nWho are we looking for?\n\nWe’re seeking aspiring engineers with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for teamwork.
You should have:\n\n * 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths, English, and a STEM subject\n\n * Minimum of 18, a valid driving license, and access to a vehicle\n\n * A willingness to attend and complete all required training throughout the apprenticeship\n\n * You will require your own laptop\n\nSalary\n\n * Year 1: £16,416\n\n * Year 2: £21,888\n\n * Year 3: £30,096\n\nAt OTIS, we are committed to the ongoing development of every team member.
