Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician – Slidell, LA ($23–$25/hr)

A well-established apartment community in Slidell is seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs across the property

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems

• Install and maintain appliances

• Conduct painting and sheetrock repair as needed

• Hands-on experience in HVAC, appliance installation, painting, and sheetrock repair

• Must be reliable and detail-oriented

• Ability to perform basic repairs independently

• Having your own tools is a plus

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
