LICENSED ENGINEER - PROGRAM MANAGER (FORT WORTH, TX)

JOB SUMMARY
A & Associates provides staff augmentation support to municipalities to strengthen delivery of planning, design, and construction programs. The Program Manager will work on site with City personnel to advance capital project delivery and reinforce leadership capacity within the Capital Delivery Division.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage multiple project managers and assigned projects through all delivery phases
• Coordinate schedules, task assignments, reporting requirements, and deliverable tracking
• Support Assistant Directors and Senior Capital Project Officers with presentations and monthly performance goals
• Oversee communication flow between City leadership, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure alignment with City standards, procedures, and capital program objectives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 15 years of experience in program or project management for capital or infrastructure projects
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas or ability to obtain prior to engagement
• Proven ability to supervise personnel and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working within or supporting public sector capital delivery environments
• Strong leadership and technical competency
SKILLS:
• Knowledge of municipal project delivery practices and capital program management
• Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and executive level communication
• Familiarity with consultant oversight and contractor coordination
• Ability to support process improvement and performance tracking
• Skilled in presenting information to leadership and stakeholders
POSITION TYPE:
• Full time or part time placement through A & Associates
• On site reporting at City facilities
• Functions as embedded leadership support within municipal project teams
• Works under direction of City supervisors
• Supports delivery of bond funded capital programs
COMPENSATION:
• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
