We are looking to work with a WI licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician that will complete residential solar projects alongside a local install team with Madison, Wisconsin as the central hub of the territory. The territory spans a couple hours around the Madison area.

On top of working to provide steady project flow for our field teams, we also take great pride in having an industry leading compensation plan for our valued Electricians. This position comes with a guaranteed, competitive salary. On top of salary, you can earn overtime for hours over 40 worked and performance bonuses as well.

Qualifications:

• A valid Residential Journeyman, Residential Master, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License is required for this position.
• Work Full Time 40 hours / week
• Experience reading and interpreting one line drawings and electrical schematics
• Complete quality installation based on design specifications
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. throughout the workday
• Maintain Required Tools
• Experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels
• Willing to work in confined spaces, at heights, and utilizing ladders
• Travel on occasion with ample notice (all expenses paid + per diem for travel)

Benefits of Working with Skyline:

• Guaranteed Annual Salary $80,000 - $100,000
• $38.46 - $48.08/hour+ (based on license type and experience)
• Overtime pay kicks in if you work over 40 hours/week
• If you work less than 40 hours, you still get paid for 40 hours (industry leading comp plan)

Responsibilities:

• As our on-site electrician, you will be responsible for installing the inverter, disconnects, wiring, and testing the interconnection of the system. In addition to electrical work, we are seeking a team player willing to assist with other facets of the solar installation process as needed.

Job Type: Full-Time

Annual Earnings Potential: $90,000-$100,000+
