Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community events.
• Consult with prospects and clients on risk management and insurance programs.
• Present tailored solutions to decision-makers with clarity and confidence.
• Meet and exceed sales and production goals.
• Build strong relationships that turn prospects into long-term clients.
• Work in tandem with the Commercial Lines Account Manager

Requirements

• Current Indiana Property & Casualty License (required)
• Valid driver's license
• Prior commercial sales experience ()
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
