We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Service Agent to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims inquiries.
• Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to client needs.
• Educate clients on available coverage options to ensure adequate protection.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Support the agency's growth through excellent service and retention.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
