Our fantastic international law firm client is looking to hire new an ongoing Legal Project Coordinator on a temporary basis for the next 12 months to help organise workflow including document reviews and litigation matters.

Legal Project Coordinator Duties

- Work closely with the Senior Legal Project Manager to support the efficient management of the class action litigation group of matters.
- Liaise between legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Attend regular meetings with legal team members to review project status and take notes.

Legal Project Coordinator Skills
- \n
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Understanding of legal processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical skills required include 3E, PowerBI (or comparable business intelligence software), and high proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
