Job Title: Structural Fitting Leaderman

Location: Houma, LA

Position Overview: A Structural Fitting Working Leaderman is responsible for directing his/her workforce in the successful fitting and welding of all piping components of assigned vessels. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Must be familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction.

·       Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors.

·       Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed.

Qualifications:

·       The ideal candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of craft-specific experience performing structural fitting functions.

Skills and Abilities:

·       Ability to interpret standard construction drawings.

·       Basic knowledge of Structural Fitting specific processes and techniques.
