Now Hiring: Lead Welder/Fitter – Honey Brook, PA

NSC Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Lead Welder/Fitter for a great opportunity in Honey Brook, PA.

• Pay: $26–$32/hr
• Schedule: 1st shift 6am - 4pm 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Summary:
We're looking for a hands-on leader to join and guide our team in achieving safety, quality, on-time delivery, and production goals. The Lead Welder/Fitter will:

• Perform x-ray quality welds (ASME pressure vessels)
• Use grinders, torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, rigging, and forklifts daily
• Read and interpret WPS, QC plans, blueprints, and AWS weld symbols
• Ensure adherence to ASME code standards

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in Welding (preferably in ASME )
• Strong leadership, communication, and fabrication skills
