Job Description
KBR is seeking a Lead Technical Safety & Environmental Engineer to support the 12-month
FEED phase of the of a Middle East Gas Plant Project.
The project involves modifications to maintain and increase production capacity across the
field's four Gas-Oil Separation Plants, power generation facilities and well-injection
infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of technical safety and environmental engineering activities
throughout the FEED phase.
Coordinate and review safety studies, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA and other
risk assessments.
Ensure project designs comply with Client requirements, applicable legislation and
international safety standards.
Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and manage the timely
delivery of safety and environmental documentation.
Requirements:
Significant technical safety and environmental engineering experience within oil and
gas projects
Proven experience working in a lead capacity
Strong FEED and major project experience
Ability to coordinate technical safety deliverables across multidisciplinary teams
