Closing Date: 21st November 2025 We are seeking a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering championship-winning performance. Based at our cutting-edge Silverstone facility, you will provide, develop, and continually refine the analysis tools, methodologies, and processes that underpin the work of our engineering and design teams. Your expertise will ensure structural integrity, optimize performance, and drive efficiency across all stages of car development, from concept to trackside execution.

Perform detailed analysis and optimization of complex structures and assemblies to ensure performance, safety, and reliability Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to other FEA Engineers Develop and enhance analysis tools, workflows, and methodologies to improve FEA efficiency and accuracy, in collaboration with the Lead CAE Engineer Create, manage, and maintain engineering databases to support structural analysis activities and knowledge sharing Collaborate closely with design, aerodynamics, and manufacturing teams to ensure analysis results are fully integrated into high-performance engineering solutions Requirements Driven by high performance What do you need to bring to the team? A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or equivalent Extensive experience in Formula 1 ® or other motorsport industries Experience of FEA Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.) Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels A team like no other.
