\nPosition Overview: \n
\nWe are seeking a Senior/Lead Node.js Engineer with a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience building, supporting, and scaling high-performance, highly available applications.\n
\nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, full-stack software engineering, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD, TDD, and production troubleshooting. This role requires an engineer who can remain hands-on while contributing to technical design, development, and engineering best practices.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js applications and backend services.
- Build and support high-performance and highly available applications.
- Work across backend and frontend development as needed.
- Develop and integrate APIs and distributed application components.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Build and maintain Docker-based applications and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with Jenkins and automated build/deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and strong software engineering practices.
- Participate in Agile development and new product/platform initiatives.
- Contribute to technical design, code quality, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop, integrate, and scale applications.
