C.Neo Ltd are working with a local SME commercial maintenance & construction contractor to recruit an experienced Site Project Manager to run a presitgious £1 million grade 1 listed window replacement Project within the MOD sector in Portsmouth, Hampshire.\nThe ideal Site Project Manager will need to be available to start middle of August however there is a an earlier July start to initially manage a different project in Yeovil for the same company.\nAs a Site Project Manager will need to have proven experience in leading similar size projects and ideally have a wide variety of construction project experience as further different projects are expected to be procured.\nAs a lead Site Project Manager you will need to be the main face of the company to the client and therefore this is a very client facing position.\nQualifications needed as SIte Project Manager are\n * SMSTS\n * Relevant Construction qualification\n * First Aid\n * Prince 2 or equivalent
