Lead RF Engineer | Cambridge\nMy client is looking for a proficient RF engineer to lead a team of passionate & driven engineers developing vital RF architecture.\nMain duties:\n * Lead and support a team of RF Design Engineers\n * Allocate resources and define project priorities\n * Drive RF subsystem development across full product lifecycle\n * Liaise with software, baseband, and audio teams to deliver integrated solutions\n * Conduct design reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support regulatory approvals\nSkills and Experience Required:\n * Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field\n * Strong RF design experience in Tx/Rx architectures, power amplifiers, or antenna systems\n * Hands-on knowledge of simulation tools (ADS, CST, etc.) and test environments (anechoic chambers, screen rooms, etc.)\n * Proven leadership/mentoring experience within an engineering team\n * Strong understanding of LTE or GSM systems\nBonus:\n * Experience in the critical communications industry\n * Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance and regulatory standards\n * Familiarity with broadband or advanced RF technologies (MIMO, beamforming)\nWhat you’ll get:\n * Comprehensive healthcare package\n * Enhanced pension contribution\n * Hybrid work\n * 33 days of holiday\nApply now
