Join Weather Engineers, Inc. as a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer and be part of an exciting and dynamic team in the HVAC industry.

BECOMING ONE OF OUR LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLERS

The expected pay for this position is $20-$35 per hour. Our team receives a variety of fantastic benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), vacation time, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with a match. Plus, this position will get a take-home truck, a company phone, uniforms, and a tool account.

THE SCHEDULE

You will typically work from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until the job is complete. During the summer months, work is usually finished between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Occasionally, you'll work weekend shifts as needed.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone that meets these requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with copper brazing, low-/high-voltage wiring, and replacing systems
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Dependability
