Job Summary: Lead HVAC Installer will be in charge of primarily residential HVAC installation projects, with a strong focus on retrofit and change-out work. This role involves overseeing day-to-day installation operations, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency. While we occasionally handle light commercial projects, over 95% of our work is residential change-outs, so experience and comfort in this area are essential. As a Lead Installer, you will guide and mentor a team of installers, communicate directly with homeowners, and ensure each job is completed to the highest standards.
Pay: $38-$55/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal License (or willing to obtain within one year)
- NATE certified (or willing to obtain within one year)
- Ability to lead a team and ensure high-quality installations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Experience making installation decisions and troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers one-on-one
- Must be willing to use extension ladders up to 20 feet high
