Lead Quality Control Specialist
Location: Carlsbad, CA, United States

Pay Rate: Up to $27.00/hour + Bonus + Benefits

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control

• Bilingual skills

• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of golf club components and assembly is highly

• Proficient in the use of small gauges, test instruments, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong foundational math and computer skills

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

• Experience operating a pallet jack

• Ability to travel as needed (less than 5%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspections of raw materials according to quality assurance guidelines

• Collect and record inspection data to evaluate supplier performance

• Manage material flow from receiving through inspection to warehouse putaway

• Disposition materials per quality standards and maintain accurate records in the WMS

• Perform visual inspections of Pilot Run samples and provide critical feedback to the Development Team

• Verify product features for specification compliance and visual accuracy

• Train and support colleagues to strengthen the Quality Assurance function

• Collaborate with the Returns Team to manage credit return claims and returned inventory

• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order

• Report on key process performance indicators (KPIs)

• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, clean work environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hiring range: $18.70 – $29.90 per hour, plus bonus and benefits

• Pay may vary depending on experience, skills, and other job-related factors
