Job Description\n I’m partnering with a growing extrusion company in Everett, and they’re looking to bring on a Production Lead to support and guide their team on the floor.\n\n\n  \n\n\n This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on while stepping into a leadership role. In this position, you’ll help oversee daily production, support operators, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations running smoothly.     \n
  • Oversee production activities and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met 
  • \n

  • Enforce safety policies, procedures, and PPE compliance on the floor 
  • \n

  • Train, guide, and support production associates and machine operators 
  • \n

  • Coordinate workflow, staffing, and daily shift priorities 
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or material flow issues 
  • \n

  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards 
  • \n

  • Assist with machine setup, operation, and light maintenance as needed 
  • \n

  • Track production output, downtime, and performance metrics 
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate shift documentation and production records 
  • \n

  • Communicate production updates, issues, and shift handoffs to leadership and incoming teams 
  • \n

  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • \n

\n\n  \n\n\n Schedule:\n\n\n Rotating Schedule: Sunday - Satday\n\n

    \n
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    \n (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on then 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off)
  • \n

\n\n Pay:\n\n

  • $29.00 – $36.00 per hour
  • \n

\n\n  \n\n\n Requirements:\n\n

    \n
  • 2+ years of recent leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • \n

  • 3–5 years of extrusion or plastic injection molding experience (or similar manufacturing experience)
  • \n

  • Open to candidates with strong leadership experience from other industries who are eager to learn extrusion
  • \n

  • Comfortable using hand tools, measuring gauges, and basic computer systems
  • \n

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • \n

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic production or process issues
  • \n

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • \n

  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
