- Oversee production activities and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met
- Enforce safety policies, procedures, and PPE compliance on the floor
- Train, guide, and support production associates and machine operators
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and daily shift priorities
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or material flow issues
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and light maintenance as needed
- Track production output, downtime, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and production records
- Communicate production updates, issues, and shift handoffs to leadership and incoming teams
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste

- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- $29.00 – $36.00 per hour

\n\n \n\n\n Requirements:\n\n
- \n
- 2+ years of recent leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- 3–5 years of extrusion or plastic injection molding experience (or similar manufacturing experience)
- Open to candidates with strong leadership experience from other industries who are eager to learn extrusion
- Comfortable using hand tools, measuring gauges, and basic computer systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic production or process issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
