Lead Product Manager | Renewable Energy & Blockchain | London / Hybrid | £80K–£100K + Benefits

A leading energy technology organisation is driving innovation in the decentralised energy and blockchain space. Since 2019, the company has been developing pioneering solutions that empower communities to produce, consume, and share energy more sustainably. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and delivery across an expanding technology portfolio.

This role sits at the centre of product direction for the organisation. The Lead Product Manager will oversee product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and execution working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, engineering teams, and customers to design and deliver scalable B2B and B2C products. The position offers the opportunity to shape product outcomes in a rapidly evolving sector with meaningful long-term impact.

The Lead Product Manager Role:

The Lead Product Manager will own the full product lifecycle from early-stage concept and strategy through to delivery, iteration, and long-term growth. Using customer insight and market intelligence, they will define product direction, ensure prioritisation aligns with commercial outcomes, and lead cross-functional product delivery teams to bring impactful solutions to market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 + Benefits

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential

• Proven leadership experience in product management within complex digital product environments.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset, balancing customer, market, and business priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within agile product delivery frameworks.
• Skilled in market and customer insight, value proposition design, and product validation.
• Confident communicator able to influence decisions at all organisational levels.

Desirable

• Experience within the renewable energy, energy markets, or blockchain technology sectors.
• Background working across both B2B and B2C product environments.
• Experience working in scaling or high-growth technology organisations.
