Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering, with a proven track record of building and shipping high-impact products.
• Experience in a technical leadership role.
• Deep understanding of full-stack development, with the ability to contribute meaningfully across backend, frontend, and mobile environments.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, production-grade code that meets high standards for performance, security, and reliability.
• Proven success in fast-paced, product-focused environments where engineering drives business results.
• Strong background in system architecture and design, including experience with distributed systems and modern cloud technologies.
• Comfortable using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance velocity and code quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
