Position: Lead Power-Electronics & Embedded Systems Engineer
Location: McFarland, WI (onsite, Mon–Fri)
Type: Full-time | Direct-hire, W-2 | U.S. or Green-Card holder
Compensation: Up to $140 k base + full benefits
Travel: ≤ 10 % (primarily domestic)
What You’ll Do — Key Responsibilities
- New-Product Development
- Own the electrical architecture for next- power-electronics products.
- Perform circuit analysis and schematic/PCB layout; guide prototypes from concept to production.
- Write, debug, and optimize low-level code that drives power-conversion hardware.
- Plan tasks, track milestones, and mentor team members; potential path to Project Lead/Manager.
- Direct lab and field tests; analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and document results.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and customers to translate requirements, resolve issues, and deliver training.
- Produce clear technical reports, design files, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
