Role Definition
The Lead Planner will be responsible for the following activities:
· Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing and managing project schedules using industry-standard tools.
· Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking project progress, identifying schedule deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
· Resource & Cost Control: Assessing resource requirements and ensuring cost efficiency.
· Risk Analysis & Mitigation: Identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and performing Risk Analysis.
· Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on timelines and objectives.
· Portfolio Management & Analysis: Supporting the company in managing its project portfolio, providing insights and analytics to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.
· Tool Development: Development and support of IT tools based on integration of Primavera EPPM, SAP, Qlik, and Tilos.
