Lead PAM Engineer - CONTINGENT in Washington

ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join a team supporting the administration of programs on behalf of a Federal agency. In this role, you will plan, design, and incorporate PAM capabilities across multiple environments. This is a Hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with potential for remote work. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Direct planning and implementation of PAM platform(s) across on-premises and cloud-based systems
• Lead stakeholder engagement
• Define the PAM solution architecture
• Manage end-to-end PAM implementation and adoption

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10 years of related experience ()
• Certifications: CISSP, PMP, ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and/or relevant platform certifications (required)
• Experience with stakeholder engagement a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
