Industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in CNC programming.

• Anticipate $90K-$110K+
• Full suite of benefits; Health, 401K+match, PTO, Holiday, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs for 2-/5-axis routers (e.g., ESAB, KOMO).
• Optimize toolpaths and design tooling/fixtures.
• Mentor engineering team and support production.
• Collaborate on new designs and prototyping.
• Ensure machine safety and material efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering or Technical Degree ()
• 2+ years CNC programming; 8+ years manufacturing engineering.
• Leadership experience.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SheetCam, CAMProX
