Lead Maintenance Technician

Vandalia, Ohio | Up to $80,000 + Benefits | 4-Day Workweek

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional looking for a role with work/life balance and growth potential? We’re hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing organization in Union, Ohio. This role is mostly mechanical with some electrical work, and offers the chance to grow into a leadership position.

What You’ll Do

• Keep CNC and PLC-driven machines running smoothly

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and keep records up to date in CMMS

• Support equipment installs and facility upkeep

• Be the go-to problem solver for keeping production efficient
