Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus, OH
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of HVAC systems (EPA certification ). This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring prompt completion of work orders, and maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the maintenance team in daily operations
• Diagnose and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems
• Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure unit turns are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Maintain a safe working environment and uphold company standards
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of apartment maintenance experience required
• HVAC experience strongly ; EPA certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
