Lead Maintenance Technician

We’re currently hiring two key maintenance positions in Nashville, TN. These are full-time, long-term roles supporting high-efficiency production with a company known for safety, innovation, and strong team culture.

As a Maintenance Team Lead, you’ll guide and mentor technicians while driving efficiency and uptime across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train maintenance technicians in preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repairs
• Partner with production to maximize uptime and efficiency
• Ensure safety compliance through Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and hazard correction
• Collect breakdown data and oversee documentation of repairs
• Manage changeovers, parts ordering, and maintenance materials organization
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Oversee boiler monitoring, chemical treatment, and CMMS record keeping

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC programming a plus
• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field
• Boiler operator certification, robotics experience, or electronics training is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-production environments
