This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in maintenance who is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to manage day-to-day operations across two properties, supported by a team dedicated to professional development and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for 100+ units across two properties

• Coordinate and work with vendors for repairs and improvements

• Perform routine maintenance tasks independently

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

• Manage on-call responsibilities with additional compensation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience (hotel, handyman, contractor, or senior living experience considered)

• Valid driver’s license (suspended licenses may be considered)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
