Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community.
• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team while ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally.
• Complete and prioritize service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Oversee apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Maintain community amenities, common areas, and curb appeal.
• Coordinate with vendors and property management to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience, with previous leadership or supervisory experience .
• Experience with new construction or newly built apartment communities is highly .
• EPA Certification is REQUIRED.
• CPO Certification is .
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must take pride in producing quality work and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation .
